We unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a new central air unit in the middle of summer 2023. We received several quotes but ultimately chose Hager Fox because of their availability, customer service, and pricing. We decided to replace our furnace in addition to the AC with a high efficiency model and added on a humidifier. Hager Fox informed us of the MI Save program which made this major expense much more affordable. We have saved a significant amount on our energy bills over the past year. The features on the new equipment are easy to navigate and very convenient. We just had Hager Fox out for a tune up and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Hager Fox has always been very professional and easy to work with. The time window provided when expecting a technician is accurate and makes it easier to go about your business instead of waiting all day for someone to arrive. A year later and we are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received. In addition they took care of handling all of the energy rebates available for us so we could take advantage of the savings upfront when making the purchase.

John Dinaso and his crew were amazing at installing our new furnace & fixing the wiring to our central air.. They were all three extremely friendly and professional. They got the job done, & were very clean in the process. They each took their time and answered all of our questions & even showered our dog with some love. My husband and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks gentlemen, great job!

I got a quote from Hager Fox for new air conditioner, furnace, along with additional duct work and new thermostat. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed. Their pricing was very competitive. I contracted them to do the work because they gave me a great price, on top of the line equipment, without a high pressure sales pitch. Nate K., Tim L., Chris A. and Jesus T. installed them today. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. They cleaned up everything cleaner than when they started the work. Nate took the time to show me the system, and what was done. He explained how to use it. Tim helped me program my thermostat and with the wireless software set-up. The whole crew was great and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend doing business with Hager Fox. It is hard to find a company and staff that have high quality products, service and care. Hager Fox has a customer for life.

I love my new furnace, installed by Hager-Fox, but the filter was hard to access. Matt Temple was friendly, showed up on time, and redesigned and installed a great filter housing. He gave me some tips on the filter usage as well.Hager-Fox has been great about making sure I am happy with the furnace, AC and humidifier.I recommend this company highly.

Moved to new property 1yr ago and, of course, the HVAC went OOS. The whole process with Hager Fox from start to finish works like a swiss clock! Even with a lot of insurance paperwork and back/forth, they still operated superbly. Case in point: it's been a full 1 year since newly installed furnace: haven't need to call them again NOT EVEN ONCE! We've seen neighbors that went the 'other guys' route and their 'vans' keep showing on every now and then. If you want to avoid that, go with the Fox pros!
