My basement flooded during the last storm. Water heater and furnace pilots lights were out. Once service scheduler understood I was without hot water and the furnance was also affected she wotked to schedule a same day appointment. She was courteous, friendly, and efficient. David was knowlegeable and efficient. My water hearter and furnace are very old. The furnance has been in the house since it was buildt in 1957. The water heater was in the house when I purchased it in 2006. He was efficient, friendly, very knowlegeable, and competent. He answered my questions and got everything working. I've been dealing with this company since 2006. To date they have not disappointed me. A grateful thanks for the peace of mind resulting from the moment my service was scheduled to the time David pulled out of the driveway. Do I recommend this company? I certainly do. Thank you. 10/13/2021 I have a very old furnace. I knew I needed to prepare to get a new one. I was hoping to use my current one for this winter, however. My shut off valve was leaking gas and the furnance needed to receive maintenance for the winter. The heat exchanger was corroded in multiple places, not unusual given the basement floods and high periodic humidity. The problem was that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Additionally, finding a new heat exchanger was not likely to happen and the same was true for the shut off valve which was needed. Because of the high carbon monoxide level, the decision was made not to let the furnace remain on. The sevice person was very thorough and couteous in checking for the gas leak and the safe functioning of the furnace. He addressed all my questions and ensured I understood the answers. He is the second service person from this company from whom I received service this year. Both were knowlegeable and professional. My rating of the service received both times is 'excellent.' I recommend this provider and will definitely consider a possible purchase from this company.
