I got a quote from Hager Fox for new air conditioner, furnace, along with additional duct work and new thermostat. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed. Their pricing was very competitive. I contracted them to do the work because they gave me a great price, on top of the line equipment, without a high pressure sales pitch. Nate K., Tim L., Chris A. and Jesus T. installed them today. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. They cleaned up everything cleaner than when they started the work. Nate took the time to show me the system, and what was done. He explained how to use it. Tim helped me program my thermostat and with the wireless software set-up. The whole crew was great and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend doing business with Hager Fox. It is hard to find a company and staff that have high quality products, service and care. Hager Fox has a customer for life.

I love my new furnace, installed by Hager-Fox, but the filter was hard to access. Matt Temple was friendly, showed up on time, and redesigned and installed a great filter housing. He gave me some tips on the filter usage as well.Hager-Fox has been great about making sure I am happy with the furnace, AC and humidifier.I recommend this company highly.

Moved to new property 1yr ago and, of course, the HVAC went OOS. The whole process with Hager Fox from start to finish works like a swiss clock! Even with a lot of insurance paperwork and back/forth, they still operated superbly. Case in point: it's been a full 1 year since newly installed furnace: haven't need to call them again NOT EVEN ONCE! We've seen neighbors that went the 'other guys' route and their 'vans' keep showing on every now and then. If you want to avoid that, go with the Fox pros!

Just had Hager Fox install a new furnace and AC unit at my house yesterday. Could not be happier. The installation was quick and efficient and the installers (Nate & Austin) were absolutely incredible! They were extremely professional, nice and hard working. They even went the extra mile to do their best to keep the noise level down while my 2 year old napped upstairs. She never woke up - kudos boyz! Safe to say I will be using Hager Fox for all my future heating and cooling services. Thanks all involved!

Hager Fox made our decision so easy to make with confidence. From our initial meeting with Justin, who did a thorough inspection of home and current system to the recommendations that he made to help us choose the most efficient system. We knew we were making the right investment for our home and family. The service professionals who came out to our home made us very comfortable as they completely replace our entire system and even made small adjustments, they knew would make the system as efficient as possible. They took the time to explain what they were doing when we had any questions and didn't leave until they knew we were proficient in how to use our new system. Price was UNBEATABLE.
