Hager Fox has a gem in service technician Scott Baty! Scott did an amazing job with my recent HVAC tune-up and I cannot say enough great things about him! He truly knows the intricacies of an HVAC system. Aside from being exceptionally nice and personable, I think Scott is extraordinarily mechanically talented. Scott immediately picked up on the fact that my four-year old furnace was making a strange, loud noise. After carefully examining the motor and pvc piping system, Scott realized that the way the piping was rigged caused water to fail to be adequately released. Getting to the root cause of the problem, at no extra charge Scott removed, reconfigured and replaced the pvc so that it solved the problem, enhanced performance, and will likely increase the longevity of the unit. Scott saved me the $300 labor to replace the motor (and also spared a replacement $900 motor still covered by warranty). Additionally, Scott noticed another problem area and likewise found an ingenuous creative solution to fix that as well without added cost. Then Scott moved onto my A/C tune-up. Scott sets the standard for thoroughness. He did a stellar, top-notch job making my dirty A/C unit and cover immaculately spotless, and now it looks brand new again. Scott spent a full two hours making my HVAC system work like a charm and performed a meticulous clean-up as well. I certainly know that I got my money’s worth on the cost of the tune-up. There was also excellent documentation with a detailed description of the work performed along with photos, showing Hager Fox’ professionalism. Due to Scott’s excellent performance, I gladly signed up for the company’s service program covering next year’s HVAC tune-up and I will be sure to ask for Scott! Thank you very much, Scott, for being among the most impressive service technicians with whom I’ve had experience in my life! And thank you, Hager Fox, for attracting such amazing talent to your team, making me a very happy customer indeed!!!

I just had a new HVAC system installed by Hager Fox. We had them out for a quote after seeing a Google ad for a spring discount. Their salesman was professional and provided great options. There was no hard sales pitch, and pricing was very competitive. The process of choosing a system to scheduling installation was also smooth. Install happened in one day as advertised. The crew was also courteous and professional. They arrived at around 8:30am and were done just before 3pm. They did a quality job all around and the new furnace works great.
