Just had Hager Fox install a new furnace and AC unit at my house yesterday. Could not be happier. The installation was quick and efficient and the installers (Nate & Austin) were absolutely incredible! They were extremely professional, nice and hard working. They even went the extra mile to do their best to keep the noise level down while my 2 year old napped upstairs. She never woke up - kudos boyz! Safe to say I will be using Hager Fox for all my future heating and cooling services. Thanks all involved!

Hager Fox made our decision so easy to make with confidence. From our initial meeting with Justin, who did a thorough inspection of home and current system to the recommendations that he made to help us choose the most efficient system. We knew we were making the right investment for our home and family. The service professionals who came out to our home made us very comfortable as they completely replace our entire system and even made small adjustments, they knew would make the system as efficient as possible. They took the time to explain what they were doing when we had any questions and didn't leave until they knew we were proficient in how to use our new system. Price was UNBEATABLE. Bottom line, Hager Fox is invested in their client's complete satisfaction. Thank you for doing such a great job from start to finish!

Our new furnace and air conditioner are awesome. The 2 installers that were here are very professional and answered all of our questions. We unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a new central air unit in the middle of summer 2023. We received several quotes but ultimately chose Hager Fox because of their availability, customer service, and pricing. We decided to replace our furnace in addition to the AC with a high efficiency model and added on a humidifier. Hager Fox informed us of the MI Save program which made this major expense much more affordable. We have saved a significant amount on our energy bills over the past year. The features on the new equipment are easy to navigate and very convenient. We just had Hager Fox out for a tune up and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Hager Fox has always been very professional and easy to work with. The time window provided when expecting a technician is accurate and makes it easier to go about your business instead of waiting all day for someone to arrive. A year later and we are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received. In addition they took care of handling all of the energy rebates available for us so we could take advantage of the savings upfront when making the purchase.

Brian is a very thoughtful and engaging! He took lots of time to explain what was causing our AC issues. Most importantly he was professional and l truly enjoyed our conversation and the tips he provided to keep the outside unit protected
